The Rebuilding the Trades team builds a process that works for your specific situation. It’s not a template, it’s not a set of documents you give to your team and hope they follow it. It’s a minimum of three months that we spend walking hand in hand getting past every hurddle that comes to us wheather it is mental, physical or structural.
